i've been working on Mez to do a set of Army Builder Ninjas... but don't know if he's gonna do it yet... and it will probably be a club thing if he does...

Much as I like the way the Mezco guys look, it's just rape the price they are charging. They have no costs involved from brick n mortat stores, and they usually skim 50% off the top on toys, so there's no reason why these should cost $16 a set.

If they were $8-$10 a set I might consider it, but for the money, give me the Megabloks Pyrate line instead.

the more you make, the more you can spread out the production cost and lower the prices of the pieces....

but they didn't make very many of these... As i said above, if these do ok, they will see a retail release next year and they may not cost as much... maybe around $12-13... but you won't see them for $8... these aren't kubricks or other block figs that are just the same figure over and over again with different paint. These are sculpted, so require new molds for every piece and that costs money... and they're about 3X the size of the megablocks figures.
